Since I was made aware of the BootTimer.exe from PlanetSoft.org I have been doing a little tweaking of my start-up applications and finally gotten a reasonably consistant Boot time of 90 sec. + or - a few seconds. Previously I couldn't figure out where to begin and where to stop my timing. This way the boot-timer does it for me.
